Permit Masters is a permit consulting firm, operated by Romanesky Urban Planning and Management Ltd. For more than a decade we've helped homeowners, contractors, realtors and investors get residential projects approved, from simple decks to secondary suites and additions.
How we work
Every project follows the same three steps: we collect the information, prepare the drawings for your review, then submit and manage the application. You get a weekly update and one point of contact from start to finish.
Why use a permit consultant?
Most delays come from incomplete drawings or missing information, which lead to rounds of questions from the municipality. We know what each municipality expects and prepare the package to answer those questions up front.
